On another one of our adventures, Cuyler and I decided to veer away from the delicious hotpot we had the night before and venture in a new direction, same meat, different place. What a POOR decision. Rather than having delicious lamb backbone, the hotpot was too salty, making anything we put in it salt ridden and hard to eat. By the end of it all, the hotpot soup looked like vomit.
What an experience!
